La serie es compatible con el sistema de administración de dispositivos de Grandstream (GDMS), que proporciona una interfaz para configurar, aprovisionar, administrar y monitorear implementaciones de terminales Grandstream. IP de la serie GHP los teléfonos se pueden instalar en el escritorio o en la pared, y se alimentan con PoE (GHP620/GHP621) y en los modelos GHP620W/GHP621W mediante adaptador de corriente y carga USB tipo C.
